The short version

This page sets out the ground rules for using this website and for our free Review-to-Website audit. By using the site or requesting an audit, you agree to them. If anything here isn't clear, ask us before you proceed.

Who we are

Pretty G!rl Privilege builds websites for local businesses that already have strong Google reviews but no website of their own. You can reach us at pretty.girl.priv333@gmail.com or 531-333-3171.

The free audit

Our Review-to-Website audit is provided free of charge and with no obligation to hire us. It's an honest, plain-English look at your reviews and your current online presence, along with our view of what a website could do for your business.

The audit reflects our professional judgment based on publicly available information at the time we prepare it. It is informational — it isn't a guarantee of any particular result, ranking, amount of traffic, or number of leads.

You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for the decisions you make for your own business, and that any decision you take after reading our audit is your own. We don't guarantee that acting on our suggestions will produce any particular commercial outcome.

We may decline to provide an audit, or withdraw one already offered, at any time and for any reason — including where a request appears to come from someone other than the business owner, or where providing it would be impractical. The audit is offered at our discretion and is not a standing or continuing obligation to any person.

How we may contact you

When you submit our audit form and tick the consent box, you agree that we may contact you about your audit and our services using the details you provided — by email, by phone, or by text message. You are not required to give this consent in order to use this website.

You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling us on a call, or emailing pretty.girl.priv333@gmail.com. We'll stop contacting you by that method promptly. Message frequency varies, and we don't charge for messages — though your carrier's standard message and data rates may apply.

Who may use this site

This website and our services are intended for business owners and representatives who are at least 18 years old. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has submitted information to us, contact us and we'll delete it.

Information you provide

You agree that the information you submit through our forms, by email, or by phone is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you're authorized to share it. Please don't send us confidential or sensitive material through this site's forms.

You also confirm that any content, images, logo or review material you ask us to use belongs to you or that you have the right to use it, and that publishing it won't infringe anyone else's rights.

Using this website

• Please don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to this site.
• Please don't scrape or copy the site's content or design for your own commercial use.
• All content on this site — text, design, layout and branding — belongs to Pretty G!rl Privilege unless stated otherwise.

Client projects

If you go on to hire us, the scope, price, timeline, ownership and payment terms for your website are set out in the separate written agreement or quote we send you. Those project terms govern that work — and where they conflict with anything on this page, the project terms win.

Nothing on this website is an offer of a fixed price or a promise of availability. Project pricing is confirmed in your own quote, and ownership of the finished website transfers according to that agreement.

Reviews and results

We don't invent clients, testimonials, awards, or statistics. Any figures we cite are attributed to their named source, and any client work we show is shared with permission. Where a specific outcome isn't proven, we describe what was built rather than claiming a number we can't stand behind.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or change this website and its content at any time. We may also update these terms; when we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Limits of our responsibility

This website and the free audit are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, customers, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or your reliance on the free audit — whether the claim is based in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with this website and the free audit is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). Where you have separately engaged us for paid work, our total aggregate liability for that work is limited to the total fees you actually paid us for it — and any such liability is subject to the same exclusion of indirect and consequential loss set out above.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Your responsibility to us

You agree to indemnify and hold Pretty G!rl Privilege harmless against any claim, loss, liability or reasonable cost (including legal fees) arising from: information or content you supplied to us; material you asked us to publish that you did not have the right to use; your breach of these terms; or your use of any website we build for you in a way that is unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights.

Third-party content and links

This site may reference or link to third-party material — for example, published research or statistics from named sources, or a client's Google listing. We don't control that material and aren't responsible for its accuracy, availability or content. Any figures we cite are attributed to their original source, and you should verify them there if you intend to rely on them.

Google reviews, ratings and Business Profile content belong to the business that received them and remain subject to Google's own terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pretty G!rl Privilege operates, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will continue to apply.
